This event designed by the Pelham Elementary Wellness committee and sponsored by the PTA, is meant to help bring families together by being active together. During the winter months, activity levels typically drop, but we have a solution for you. We will offer 6 different choices for wellness activities for you and your family to enjoy. There will be 3 different sessions so you will only be able to participate in 3. Three of the events have limited spaces and will require a reservation (you may only make a reservation for 2 of these events max to allow others to participate as well) and the other three are open participation sessions. When making a reservation, please reserve spots for each family member.
Every participant will need a general admission ticket. As this is the first time we are offering this event, we are limiting this to 200 persons max. If you are able to get tickets for each family member, you may then reserve up to 2 different sessions. The open sessions you will choose the night of the event. If you are only able or interested in reserving one limited session, you may do two open sessions the night of the event. If you reserve a session 1 of one event, make sure to reserve and different numbered session for your other choice to avoid double booking. ( all session 1 events will be conducted simultaneously).
The open events will be a Drums Alive session where participants will be dancing and drumming to popular music, a Go Noodle session where you can experience the active website Go Noodle, and a special premiere of Jump Rope and Hoops for Heart event activities where families get to show their support for the American Heart association by being physically active and combatting heart disease through jump rope and basketball activities. There will be opportunities to leave your donations for the AHA at this time as well.
